Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to the Lettus AI website and your participation in our enterprise data partnership program. By using our site, submitting a referral, or entering into a partnership discussion, you agree to these terms.
If you are representing a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
What Lettus AI provides
Lettus AI connects operationally mature companies with frontier AI labs that seek structured, de-identified operational data for evaluation and model improvement. We facilitate scoping, onboarding, data preparation, and partnership administration.
Specific deliverables, use cases, compensation, and handling requirements are defined in a separate partnership agreement for each engagement. These terms apply generally; the partnership agreement controls where there is a conflict.
Partner responsibilities
Participating companies are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share the data they contribute, that shared materials fall within the agreed scope, and that representatives provide accurate information during evaluation and onboarding.
- Share only data you are authorized to provide for the agreed purpose
- Designate appropriate contacts for partnership communications
- Review representative samples when offered before prepared data is used
- Promptly notify Lettus AI of any concerns about scope, sensitivity, or handling
Data ownership and license
You retain ownership of your underlying data. By participating in the program, you grant Lettus AI and designated lab partners a limited license to process agreed datasets solely for the purposes defined in your partnership agreement.
We do not acquire ownership of your operational records and do not sell raw partner data. Prepared, de-identified outputs are used only within the boundaries of the engagement.
Compensation and referrals
Compensation terms are evaluated individually based on dataset characteristics, scope, and program demand. Referral rewards, when applicable, are governed by the official referral process and milestone criteria in effect at the time of submission.
Lettus AI may modify program tiers, eligibility criteria, or referral structures prospectively. Existing signed agreements are honored according to their terms.
Confidentiality
Both parties may receive confidential information during partnership discussions and onboarding. Each party agrees to use such information only for evaluating or performing the partnership and to protect it with reasonable care.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of discussions or the partnership for the period specified in the applicable agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Lettus AI website and program materials are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee partnership acceptance, specific compensation amounts, or particular lab demand for any dataset category.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lettus AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in the program. Our aggregate liability related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or decline participation if a company no longer meets eligibility requirements, if data handling concerns arise, or if the engagement falls outside program scope. Partners may exit according to the termination and deletion terms in their partnership agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
