Agreement
These terms cover the Next Signal iPhone app, published by Lettus AI. Using the app means you agree to them. The Lettus AI website and enterprise partnership program have their own terms.
The app
Next Signal shows short summaries of AI and technology reporting, with a link to the original story. Summaries are written with AI from that reporting. They can be incomplete or wrong. The original story is the source.
Follows, hides, and reading time change the order of the feed. They do not guarantee that every story will match what you care about.
Accounts
You may use Next Signal as a guest or sign in with an email code. You are responsible for the email address you enter and for the device you use.
You can delete a signed-in account from Account in the app. Deletion removes that account from our service. Stories saved on the iPhone stay until you remove them or delete the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes attempting to break into it, flooding it with sign-in requests, scraping it, or using it in a way that violates the law.
News sources
Stories link to publishers. When you open a source, you are on that publisher’s website, and their terms apply. Summaries in Next Signal do not replace the original reporting and are not an endorsement of it.
Intellectual property
Lettus AI owns the Next Signal app. Publishers own their reporting. Nothing in these terms transfers either of those.

The app is provided as available. Summaries are not professional, financial, or legal advice. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or that a summary will be accurate.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
